Airbus gained a commitment for 10 additional A320neos at Farnborough July 19, as an unidentified customer signed an MOU agreeing to the purchase, valued at approximately $1.1 billion.

In a summary released at the conclusion of the trade show portion of the Farnborough Air Show, Airbus said commitments for 304 new A320 family aircraft were realized at the four-day event. For 2018 year-to-date, the Toulouse-based manufacturer said it has secured commitments for 481 A320 family single-aisle aircraft.

During the four days of the air show, Airbus has received new aircraft commitments from six separate undisclosed customers, totaling 264 aircraft valued at about $31 billion in new business.
