Arab carriers dismiss EU ETS as "dead"

Abdul Teffaha, who heads the Arab Air Carriers Organization (AACO), has written off the European Union’s Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS), labelling it as “dead”. “The EU ETS is dead as far as we are concerned.
