Managing Editor Kathryn Young guides all editorial production of ATW and special publications from the headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland.  She has worked at ATW for 35 years and handles all aspects of publishing the magazine from editorial layout to photo editing and data research. Kathryn’s background includes desktop publishing of every ATW, compiling monthly Trends for ATW, as well as online, and research for many special features and issues, including ATW’s Annual World Airline Report. She has maintained ATW’s vast historical photo collection for 30-plus years.

Etihad Airways and Korean Air have signed a codeshare agreement, subject to regulatory approval, offering KE codes on Etihad’s daily services between Seoul and Abu Dhabi.

Aer Lingus expands transatlantic service 

Aer Lingus is adding 5X-weekly Airbus A330 Dublin-San Francisco service in April 2014. It currently serves Boston, Chicago, New York and Orlando. 

The Irish airline will also begin year-round Boeing 757 Dublin-Toronto service in April. It will offer daily summer service and 4X-weekly winter flights.
