Dallas-based Southwest Airlines plans to launch daily flights on Dec. 4 between Los Angeles International (LAX) and three Mexican destinations: Cancun (CUN), San Jose del Cabo/Los Cabos (SJD) and Puerto Vallarta (PVR).
