Dubai-based LCC flydubai has moved flights to 11 of its destinations from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 of Dubai International Airport (DXB).

The switch began Dec. 2.

Other services will continue to operate from DXB T2 and from Dubai World Central Airport (DWC).

Flights to Belgrade, Serbia; Bishkek, Kirgistan; Bucharest, Romania; Catania, Italy; Helsinki, Finland; Krakow, Poland; Mineralnye Vody, Russia; Prague, Czech Republic; Rostov-on-Don, Russia; Salalah, Oman; and Zagreb, Croatia, now operate from DXB T3.

Those destinations were selected to help improve connecting flights between Emirates Airline and flydubai. On July 17 2017, Dubai-based Emirates and flydubai announced an extensive partnership agreement that includes codeshares, frequent flyer alignments and airport operations’ cooperation.

Flydubai operates to more than 90 destinations operating 58 Boeing aircraft—a mix of 737 MAX 8s and 737-800s.
