Hong Kong airline HK Express plans to significantly boost its network in Japan this summer, as it adds flights to new leisure destinations and increases frequencies to the Tokyo market. The LCC intends to launch twice-weekly service from its Hong Kong hub to Okinawa’s Ishigaki Island on June 16, and will fly 3X-weekly to Takamatsu starting July 16 and 4X-weekly to Kagoshima from July 11.
