Aeroflot’s new low-cost (LCC) subsidiary Dobrolet will launch four new destinations in August, from Moscow to Volgograd, Samara, Perm and Ufa. Ticket sales will begin June 30, a company representative told Russian news agency ITAR-TASS. The carrier has not yet disclosed details on frequencies.
