WestJet founder resigns

WestJet Executive VP-Operations Tim Morgan left the airline Oct. 18 "for personal reasons," the company said in a statement. Morgan was one of the founders of WestJet. President and CEO Clive Beddoe expressed regret at his departure, noting that he "contributed greatly to our success over the past 10 years." Morgan also was a member of the airline's board.
