Virgin America names Skinner to board, unveils destinations

Virgin America announced that former US Secretary of Transportation and White House Chief of Staff Samuel Skinner will be vice chairman, which CEO Fred Reid said should "continue to demonstrate our compliance with the Department [of Transportation]'s citizenship requirements" (ATWOnline, Jan. 19).
