Munich Airport (MUC) suffered heavy traffic delays Thursday after a Singapore Airlines (SIA) Boeing 777-300ER slid off the southern runway just after landing. SIA flight 327, originating in Manchester, was carrying 143 passengers and 15 crew. There were no injuries. “So far we have no information what was the cause for this incident, which happened during sunny weather,” a MUC spokesperson told ATW.  One of the two runways was closed pending removal of the aircraft. ...
