Russian regional carrier Tomsk Avia (TSK) will take delivery of the first of three Cessna 208B Grand Caravans in September. The nine-passenger aircraft will be used on local routes in the Siberian regions. TSK’s fleet includes six Antonov An-24s, one An-26 and Mi-8T helicopters.
