BAA USA was acquired by Prospect Capital Corp., a New York-based investment company, which changed the company's name to AIRMALL USA. BAA USA developed and manages retail concessions at Pittsburgh, Boston Logan in Terminals B and E, Baltimore/Washington and Cleveland Hopkins.
