Air Canada Jazz launched daily CRJ service from Edmonton to Victoria, Calgary to Comox and Winnipeg to London, Ont., and twice-daily Edmonton-Kelowna flights. Mesa Airlines will begin 11-times-weekly Dallas/Fort Worth-Joplin service from Oct. 5. Flights will be operated by Air Midwest.
