Snow, ice and freezing rain covered much of the US Midwest and Northeast yesterday, forcing many hundreds of flight cancellations and delays. Late yesterday, FAA's Flight Delay Information website indicated that flights to Chicago O'Hare, Cincinnati and Philadelphia were being delayed or cancelled at their point of origin.
