US National Transportation Safety Board said it is investigating two runway incursions that occurred in Cleveland last month, the most recent being a June 26 incident in which the tower cleared an ExpressJet E-145 to cross Runway 24L and then approximately 19 sec. later cleared a CommutAir Dash 8 for takeoff on Runway 24L.
