Commercialized ANS providers did not degrade safety, report finds

The commercialization of air navigation services in Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand and the UK has "generally resulted in lower fees for major carriers," while "safety has not eroded," according to a study by the US General Accountability Office, an investigative arm of Congress.
