SAS Scandinavian Airlines has completed its divestment of shares in Norwegian regional airline Widerøe. In September 2013, SAS sold 80% of its shares in Widerøe, previously a wholly owned subsidiary, to WF Holding, an investment company controlled by shipping and ferry company Torghatten.
