A British Airways Boeing 777-200 caught fire on the runway at Las Vegas McCarren International Airport (LAS) Sept. 8.

According to LAS’s Twitter feed, the 777 was operating as flight 2276 and was preparing to take off bound for London Gatwick Airport. LAS said the fire “has been put out” and “all passengers are off of the aircraft.”

Photos from passengers on other aircraft at the airport and distributed via Twitter show a lot of smoke coming from the center of the aircraft.

The airport said two passengers were being treated for “minor injuries.” There were 159 passengers on the British Airways’ aircraft, according to LAS.

LAS said one of its four runways was out of service.
