Kazakhstan flag carrier Air Astana is eyeing a double listing for an initial public offering (IPO) in 2018, with one in Kazakhstan and one in London, Hong Kong or Singapore. Air Astana CEO Peter Foster said the carrier is in the process of selecting a financial consultant to help launch the IPO.
