Central European budget carrier Wizz Air plans to locate its 22nd base in Debrecen, Hungary, opening with a single Airbus A320 and three new routes on Dec. 16. Services from Debrecen to Paris Beauvais will launch Dec. 16 and will be joined by Brussels Charleroi and Malmo on Dec. 18. All three links will operate 2X-weekly.
