Central Asia-based Uzbekistan Airways has taken delivery of the first of two ordered Boeing 787-8s. The airline will start 787 scheduled operations in September, general director Valeriy Tyan said. The second aircraft should be delivered later this year. The carrier’s 787 Dreamliner is configured for 246 seats.
