Cathay Pacific Airways has ordered four additional Boeing aircraft, comprising three 777-300ERs and one 747-8 freighter. These are in addition to Cathay’s order announced last week for 21 Boeing 777-9Xs. The list price of the four new aircraft totals more than $954 million, but the carrier is believed to have received substantial discounts from the manufacturer.
