Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) finalized an order for three Embraer E190 regional airliners, valued at $156 million at list prices.

CDB Aviation has begun delivering a fleet of six Airbus aircraft to TAP Air Portugal. The first aircraft delivered to the carrier in November was a new Airbus A321neo, which is part of a lease agreement for a total of four aircraft of the type. The second A321neo is expected to deliver by year-end, with the remaining two aircraft slated for arrival in 2019. In addition, in April 2018, CDB Aviation and TAP entered into a purchase and leaseback agreement for two Airbus A330-900neos. The two widebodies are expected to deliver in the second quarter of 2019.   

Air Lease Corp. (ALC) delivered the first Boeing 737 MAX 8 for Cayman Airways, the first of the type to enter service in the Caribbean. ALC also took delivery of its first US-produced Airbus A321. The aircraft will be leased to Denver-based Frontier Airlines.

ATR celebrated delivery of its 1,500th aircraft, an ATR 72-600, to Japan Air Commuter.

Boeing delivered its 2,000th airplane to a Chinese operator, a 737 MAX for XiamenAir. The US manufacturer also delivered the first 737 MAX for Fiji Airways, which plans to use the type to expand and modernize its single-aisle fleet.

Fly Leasing agreed to sell 12 narrowbodies to an undisclosed buyer to reduce portfolio to 104 aircraft on lease to 44 airlines, and says it expects to announce more sales over coming months.

Rolls-Royce secured Jackson Square Aviation and CDB Aviation as launch customers for new LifeKey component to its LessorCare service for greater visibility/accessibility/portability/liquidity.

Air France subsidiary HOP! agreed to lease seven new Embraer E190s from Nordic Aviation Capital.
