Volvo Aero said its low-pressure compressor for the EU's VITAL (Environmentally Friendly Aero Engine) successfully completed testing performed in partnership with the Swedish Defense Research Agency at Sjoland & Thyselius Aerodynamic Research Centre AB in Stockholm.
