ST Aerospace has broken ground on a new $11 million, 3,600 sq. m. narrowbody aircraft hangar at its Singapore Changi facility. The hangar will support what it calls “robust demand” for its line and base maintenance services at the location. It is expected to be operational by the end of the third quarter 2013 and will be able to accommodate two narrowbody aircraft, contributing approximately 200,000 additional man hours annually.
