Sky Holding Co. and Oaktree Capital Management announced formation of a new aircraft finance and leasing partnership in which funds managed by Oaktree invested $500 million in Sky. According to the firms, the investment will enable Sky "to finance more than $2 billion of Boeing and Airbus aircraft annually, with sale/leaseback activities set to begin in the first quarter of 2010."
