More than 50% of large commercial transports delivered in the US in 2005-07 will go to low-fare airlines, according to data from the Airclaims CASE database. Of the 449 aircraft of more than 100 seats scheduled to be delivered to US carriers between Jan. 1, 2005, and Dec. 31 2007, low-cost carriers will accept 258, data show.
