Flybe, Finnair to jointly acquire Finnish Commuter Airlines

UK-based Flybe and Finnair announced they will jointly acquire Finnish Commuter Airlines, the Finnish regional carrier owned by privately held Finncomm Oy, for €25 million ($36.2 million) in cash.
