France’s Direction des Services de la Navigation Aérienne (DSNA) and German air navigation services provider DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung have jointly developed the safety net system—Cooperative Safety Nets (CoSNET)—to enhance the safety of operations in their area control centers and major approach control units.
