Norwegian Court of Appeal upheld and increased a 2008 judgment against SAS Group, which now must pay damages of NOK160 million ($27.3 million) to Norwegian, plus nearly NOK15 million in court costs, to settle an industrial espionage case regarding SAS's improper use of data in DY's reservation system.
