France and Germany reportedly agree corporate shake-up for EADS

France and Germany are reported to have reached a deal on restructuring their respective state shareholdings in European aerospace and defence conglomerate EADS, according to the German newspaper Handelsblatt.

It reported that both France and Germany have each agreed to hold about 12% of the company, which owns Airbus, with Spain retaining its current 5.5% stake.
