FedEx subpoenaed by DOJ in air cargo surcharge probe

FedEx revealed Friday that it received a grand jury subpoena in June relating to a wide-ranging multigovernment probe into possible anticompetitive practices by air cargo carriers.
"We have no reason to believe that we are a target of the investigation, and we are cooperating with the [US Dept. of Justice]," FedEx said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
