ATA Holdings Corp. said it intends to engage Jefferson & Company, SkyWorks Capital and SkyWorks Securities to raise funding to support its exit from Chapter 11. The engagement is subject to US Bankruptcy Court approval. The carrier plans to emerge from Chapter 11 next year.
