AeroSvit banned from Russian airspace

Russia’s Air Traffic Management Corp. has banned Ukrainian carrier AeroSvit from operating flights in the country’s airspace.

Russia’s aviation authorities said the carrier was ordered to pay $697,000 for November’s air navigation services before Jan. 24 but the carrier did not meet the deadline.
